Pool Party "The Cove" Reservation Form

The Cove Reservation Form must be submitted with a refundable deposit of $100 (check only, no cash or credit card). You can make reservations at the Hub, Monday – Saturday 10am-5pm.

• Only adult Union Park Owners can make reservations; also required to be current on HOA Dues. • The pool cannot be reserved for private party use and will remain open to all Union Park Residents during normal pool hours. • The purpose of the party is for the Residents immediate family members, such as a birthday for themselves or their children. • For Pool Parties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, check-in with Pool Ambassador on arrival. • The maximum number of guests at the party will not exceed 15 total guests, children and adults. • All guests will abide by all pool rules while in attendance at the party. • All guests understand there is no lifeguard on duty. • No glass containers of ANY KIND will be permitted. • You must bring a trash bag to take out any and all trash from the party and the area must be cleaned up at the end of the event. Should pool area not be cleaned after the party, your $100 deposit will be forfeited. • You are responsible for any cost for repair resulting from damage to the pool, equipment, furniture, or fixtures by any member of your party. • The Kitch cannot be used as a rain location without prior reservation • No Reservations will be allowed during holiday weekends. • One party reservation per month per family unless approved by the HOA General Manager. • Pool party reservations can be received up to 30 days before the party date
